I'm really just starting this blog so that I can remember things that are important or just BLAB (to myself, even if no one else) or to just reminisce... Leave something behind for my kids....MY THOUGHTS! hee hee ~ What could be better than that??
We've been in South Dakota for about 6 months now and still LOVING it. Really wish that we had ALL the kids with us, but soon enough...I think, soon enough. It's the hardest part of being out here. The rest of all I've ever wanted! Marissa and Melanie are doing a lot better here. The move made them hate me and I'm sure they still do have moments of hate toward me for moving them this far...but I wouldn't change it. They are both doing really well in school and they are both working and making friends. I'm really VERY proud of them both!! LOVE them with all my heart and soul and can't wait to see where they will go in life! :) I've even made a couple friends from work...things just continue to look UP for us and that is such a great feeling and RELIEF!
Today marks 18 days of no smoking for me and Johnny. Although I haven't felt the urge to kill, I really need a cigarette today...or just to lay off the food. LOL! Johnny has now been in harvest for 3 weeks and is crabbier than hell. Even with me. Telling me that my questions are stupid and that he doesn't have time for stupid questions. Poor baby...he is so stressed out. A side of him I've NEVER seen...can't wait for harvest to be over so I can have MY JOHNNY back! :)
I've also been at my job for about 3 months now. I love it. Cooking ...who'd a thunk it? lol I love the residents as well..they are like lil kids...love talking with them. Very fortunate to have found something here close! AND I get to work with the girls...more girl time! whoot whoot!
Lexy wants us to come down for family pics...I say UGH...I'm too fat..but then again, we are getting married next year 4th of July (9 months) YIKES...so I better get on the ball and start dieting or SOMETHING...haha!!
Anyway ~ that's it for the 1st blog...have the day off and feel like spending it in the semi with my LOVE today!!! DEUCES till next time =)~
